"Bang for its Buck" on by cubedman990
Pros: Small, easy-to-use, good sound, great features
Cons: Delicate, folders aren't quite playlists
Summary: It's a great MP3 player with every feature you could want, but no playlists. You can throw songs into folders for a playlist-like support, and switch folders easily, but it's still hard to find the song you'd like. Also, my player is held together by 3 pieces of scotch tape. Now, I'm not very rough with my stuff, but this thing isn't even a year old! Very good buy especially if you're limited on money and want a bunch of features.

"Great Value, bad ear phones ... highly recommend" on by drweisinger
Pros: inexpensive, exceeds expectations, WORKS!, used for running
Cons: ear phones are too big, uncomfortable, fall out during running
Summary: Buy it and get some $20 Sony earphones.
Bought at Fry's in Houston for $49.99.
First MP3 and a great experience.
Will upgrade for video after I master this little wizard. -
"A great, small MP3 player" on by beatmugs
Pros: small, affordable, easy to sync with Windows Media
Cons: No play list support, earphones aren't so great.
Summary: I love this little guy for the gym and travel because of it's small stature and idiot proof synching with windows media player. The only minor gripe I have is the lack of any playlist support, but being that I primarily use it in the gym (and only 512M of storage) it isn't too difficult to find the tracks I want to hear. Also, prices in my market anyway, varied from $90 to a laughable $140. No, it's definitely not an Ipod replacement--but I'm prone to breaking or losing expensive sunglasses, accessories, etc., so I think I'm better off here. It has large(ish), dedicated volume control buttons and a forward/reverse toggle that I don't have to see to operate and delivers pretty good sound that you can tweak with the nifty EQ options. You may want to ditch the included earphones though; I found them a little uncomfortable and the foam covers like to pop off. I haven't used the line-in recording feature, but the mic recording quality is clear and free of most background noise. I'm not a fan of FM radio, but I did use it on a LONG plane ride to tune in radio stations to figure out what state I was over. Reception on land and air is so-so. I'm by no means a MP3 authority, but I think for the price, the zen nano plus delivers pretty solidly where the sleek Ipod dominates.

"This product has everything that I wanted." on by champdm
Pros: It has great sound with the ear buds that come with it; the size is perfect for sports activity or anything.
Cons: At this time I can only say one thing; Get a copy of the user manual from the CD that comes with it, the little book doesn't give you what you need.
Summary: I did a little research before buying this and decided what I wanted and what I was going to use it for; this fit the bill and I was shocked when I went to the store and found out it had mail-in rebates which brought the cost down to $79.00. Can't beat that deal anywhere. I still can't believe the sound quality from the earbuds that came with it. The only thing that could make this better would be wireless earbuds.

"Zen Nano's Have A Big Problem" on by no_zen
Pros: Read the Cons
Cons: Keep on Reading
Summary: Go to Creative's Knowledge page before you buy this product. LOTS of people, including me, found that after you replace the battery, the Zen stops working. Creative doesn't have a solution.
