Creative ZEN Touch (20GB)

Pros: user interface; battery life; form factor

Cons: does not act as USB drive; doesn't come in black

Summary: I have had a Creative Zen Touch 40 GB unit for several months (having replaced a much bulkier hard drive based MP3 player permanently mounted in my car), and I am extremely happy with it. The sound quality is terrific, the user interface is easy to use, and the battery life is spectacular. My only two complaints are that it doesn't come in black, and that it requires a proprietary PC program (I use Notmad Explorer) to load or modify the stored songs, rather than simply acting as a USB drive. If it acted as a USB drive, and came in black, it would be a perfect 10.
