    "An Excellent ipod Replacement!"

    by royg3n on August 23, 2006

Pros: Excellent sound quality, Easy to use, scratch-free covering, small campact but durable

Cons: cant see the screen in direct sunlight, little problems when first time charging it (didnt connect with computer at first), only works with windows xp computers

Summary: i had an ipod mini for 2 years but it got stolen, so i had no choice but to look for a replacement that is cheaper since i am low on cash now. This player has a good price for all the things it includes. i could do some of the same things i could do with my mini like add contacts, calender and tasks. When i first used it i noticed how better the sound quality was compared to my mini. Has that rich clear bass, i want, i just my equalizer preset to none, and just put the bass booster on and sounds good enough. With being an itunes user for 2 years, i find using their software not as easy as itunes, but after a day of playing around with it, i got the hang of it. I recommend using windows media player 11, its more easier. The one thing i still have to find out how to do is how to rename my mp3 files that are in my player, because i like to arrange my songs by genre, and with itunes it was easy to rename things on your ipod. Anyone who can help me with this reply please help, thnks. But overall an excellent player. So if your kind of like me who's mini got stolen and lookin for a cheaper replacement try this out hehe.
    Updated
i was letting my friends younger bro who's 15 use it and after 15 mins he crashed it. i was first thinkin it was my creative fault. Then i was watching him how he used it and all he did was keep goin next track while in play mode, without letting the song load, if you keep doin that it'll crash the thing obviously. So ya ppl who are like that slow down when lookin for other tracks or u'll always be pressing the rest button
