"Terrible!!!!"
Pros: Works great for a few months
Cons: Where do I start????
Summary: I bought this player for my wife after being happy with my Zen Extra I bought 3 or 4 years ago. I got it all set up for her. I managed the music for her. After about three months it ceased to respond to anything. Player was completely dead. Creative wants $25.00 for me to send it in and they might replace it. I say no... I'll just go buy another brand of player for a little more money and a lot less hassle and aggravation! Boooooooo Creative!
