Cons: cheaply made, falls apart easily; software often crashes
Summary: I ordered the Zen V new from amazon.com and in no less than a week, the joystick button split into 2 pieces and got wedged in the slot, the volume button was loose, and the on/off button popped off. I had kept it in a rubber case the entire time! Also, the accompanying software (Zen V Media Explorer) often crashes causing my computer to freeze up.
