"Great Flash-based MP3 Player"
Pros: Very small size, brilliant screen, long battery life, improved navigation
Cons: No separate charger, requires administrator access on computer, no true video playback
Summary: At long last, Creative has a small flash-based MP3 player with a decent screen size, all without compromising on any of its features. I love the screen and the improved navigation (you can't get much better without a scroll wheel), as well as the long battery life (I got a playback time of at least 10 hours). The one thing I didn't like about it was the lack of proper video playback - you can't load hour-long shows to watch on the go, but you can load short clips.

The standard Zen V is not a video player. The Zen V Plus adds video capability. Not sure why you expected video capability...

For the videos, it says on CNET or on Creative.com that the video playback was only available for SHORT clips !!!! And for the battery life, 10 hrs is not that extraordinary. I own a iriver H10 and is has the same battery life and I think it that's not enough... Anyway that's my opinion !
