  Pros: alot of features more than the nano and cheaper too

  Cons: not enough people sell them

  "Creative customer service."

  Pros: There are no pro's to how they handle their customers

  Cons: Very difficult process to get warrantee repair. Good Luck. Plus fees for them to even look at any of their products. At least Apple has a better process for repairs.
