Pros: looks nice
Cons: impossible navigation, organization
Summary: I can't stand the navigation and file organization for this thing. I used to have an iRiver and I'd keep using it if the battery wasn't so balky lately. Also, it's only 20 gb but the organization is wonderful.
I don't like the scroll pad or much else about it. It looks nice and that's about it. I guess I'll make do with my iRiver for a bit longer--or my CD walkman which works better than any device I haveUpdated
I gave this a low rating before I really gave it a chance. I'd like to now rate it at 9.5. I still find the scroll pad a bit of a pain and it does scratch fairly easily but I've had no other problems. Support was good when I had questions. I've figured out a way to organize my files to my liking. It sounds great, no issues with the battery. I'm happy now. So big thumbs up!
