"Oldie But Goodie"
Pros: Form factor, build (like a solid piece of metal), SD memory is getting cheap, unit has been out for over a year now so the price is good ($119) and new models don't seem much better.
Cons: The logic of the menus and buttons doesn't come close to the Rio Forge. But the Forge's reliablility means you either get a great MP3 player, or none at all (returned mine).
