Pros: Easy to operate and maintain
Cons: Buttons need to be a little bigger, had to buy other ear plugs
Summary: I bought this a few years ago for my oldest daughter. She loved it. It holds just enough music for her to listen to and was easy to operate for her. This year she received another more grown up MP3 player and this was passed to her little sister. Again, it is perfect for her. A great first MP3 player.

Cons: Difficult to download info - instructions were vague (at best), I (the parent) am not an avid music downloader, and hoped that this child's toy would have instructions that one of us could understand
Summary: I wouldn't waste my money. I had read good reviews before buying this, but apparently you need to know a lot about downloading music before you can use this.
