Where can I get the Disney Mix Max Player with Forever a Princess written on the back?

No way should Disney's Mix Max be considered Mac compatible. Other than plugging into my Mac's USB and loading on the desktop, I can't do another thing with it. I've spent every day since Xmas scouring the internet trying to find out how to load songs from my Mac onto my daughter's Mix Max. Especially galling is that the Disney cds (High School Musical, Jonas Bros. etc.) won't load onto Mix Max via iTunes, yet my own cds will! I'm guessing this has something to do w/ Disney paranoia about internet piracy but, still, we OWN Disney these cds! I can use iTunes to load the free podcasts from radiodisney.com. So all my daughter has now is the Cheetah Girls video max clip that I bought with it, plus a couple of free podcasts. I know somewhere out there is the answer to loading music onto Mix Max using Mac, but I haven't found it yet. I don't want to pay to download music that we already own on cds -- especially since I can't figure out how to load it!
Documentation and online support on memorex.com (which mfgs. Mix Max) for Mac users doesn't exist.
I'm really angry here!
