"Really Good"
Pros: Makes swimming even more fun
Cons: I hate goggles
Summary: I read a lot of reviews before buying this and have never written a review before but felt compelled to here as there are not too many around about this product. One review almost put me off saying the sound out of the water was very quiet. Not true at all. The sound under the water is much better of course, making backstroke the best stroke really. Out of the water the sound is more 'tinny' - not as tinny as other people?s music sounds coming out of their earphones though. You can stand to listen to it for swimming breast stroke for example (but don't rely on this as an out of water Mp3 player). Hard to describe quality of this ?out of water? sound really but its adequate. I'd give the 'out of water sound' 5/10 for quality . Under the water I'd give it 8/10 for quality. Its plenty loud enough out and in the water and I have it on a low setting. Its simple to transfer the songs, no software just drag and drop. Connection works just fine. You have to use goggles though and that is the thing I hate most. I don't find the earphones move around at all, even if they slip you can still hear the music just fine. Controls are simple to use too. Only 4 hour battery but you can recharge easily enough and you can't have everything I guess. For now I think this is the best on the market and I did days of research before purchasing. I found it cheaper to purchase from States and pay shipping than it is to purchase from UK though.
