"sucks! re-buy every thing if you loose your product key"
Pros: your child can use it for a few months or if your lucky a few yrs till it breaks, or they want new songs, new stories, or your computer crashes!
Cons: way to pricey for this piece of junk! you have to buy a whole new product key, that wipes your computer free of any existing songs or stories you had already purchased fort his thing.

"Very good product when coupled with the Vista update."
Pros: Tough, well built. Clean software installation, and its great with the Vista Update from Mattel.
Cons: It uses AAA batteries, which is fine except that even in large bulk packs are less economical than AA's. The Vista was incredibly difficult to track down without contacting Mattel. I've saved you the work.
