"Broke in 4 days and no support"
Pros: I have none.
Cons: Warranty service is the worst I've ever experienced
Summary: This players mic jack fell inside itself within 4 days. Sent to warranty repair and at 3 months still has not returned. E-mails state that they are putting a "escalation team" on it and I will have an answer in a few days. They have had the "escalation team" on it for two months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
