"A Headache in a box"
Pros: easy to understand controls
Cons: Gateway Service, continuous problems syncing, with no assistance from Gateway
Summary: I regret ever purchasing this product. It hasnt worked correctly since the day we purchased it, and gateway cant explain why. This player seems to have a problem with syncing to napster as well, as half of the time napster does not recognize it as a compatible player. Using it through Media Player causes certificate issues. In addition, once its out of warranty, Gateway wont even service it even if you want to pay them for repairs. They dont stand behind their product, and I certainly wont stand behind this hunk of plastic.
