"okay, but support is terrible" on by scottyinco
Pros: great price for capacity
Cons: poor audio quality, browsing songs stops currently playing music, no support for playlists, no firmware updates
Summary: customer service has promised firmware updates due by the end of the month for 3 consecutive months and still hasn't produced a firmware update to fix any of the shortcomings of this unit. spend the extra money and get an ipod mini.

"Never worked" on by yertle61
Pros: Sorry, there are none
Cons: Never worked at all, no customer service
Summary: It never powered on. I first e-mailed support and it took them over a week to send me back a list of FAQs. I finally returned it to them on my own dime and have waited over four months. The support line claims it's out of stock, although it's available for sale on their web site. Calls to their headquarters in Scottsdale have gone unanswered. Warrenty does not cover any replacement unit past 90 days of the original purchase. So any replacement I would get at this point would not be covered. My daughter's friend also bought one and it didn't last a month.

After having me ship the unit back to them at my own expense, $11, they held it for 4 months and finally told me they wouldn't be getting any replacement units or parts and sent the player back to me. Not only that, but the player they sent back to me was not the one I sent to them. I had sent them a brand new unit in it's original packaging and received back a scratched up player in a plastic grocery bag with a different serial number. I can't imagine a worse company to deal with. I now have an expensive paper weight and have wasted even more money on long distance calls to AZ and shipping.
