"amazing, just what i need"
Pros: sound quality, ease of use, battery life, the list is endless!!
Cons: the matt covering on the click wheel seems very ready to come off
Summary: i bought it about a month ago, and I and everyone else i have shown it to were amazed and impressed. however, as i said above, the matt finishing on the click wheel is coming off so tha your finger gets stuck on the way round, but if thats the only thing i can complain about, then it must be very good!!
all the people who complain about iTunes must be mad!!! i find that it is really easy to use and to update your iPod on!! maybe im just lucky!! iPods rock, so i would get 1 if you havnt already!

The sound quality is only decent, not great. Compare it to the zen micro, it is the bat and the zen micro is mike tyson.
The ease of use part is true, I will admit that.
Battery life is definitely a con, not a pro. At most my mini only lasted around 5 hours. I usually ahve my volume pretty low and contrast is default. It is usually left on shuffle and isn ot touched. It still only last around 5 hours.
Heres are some cons that you missed: battery replacement will cost u around $100 when it dies, pricy, extra features will cost you extra, the screen has been known to crack and if it does, apple will say its users fault no matter what and you're expected to pay for repairs.
