"It's great until a file was corrupted"
Pros: I found that this was easy to use and did not have to read the instructions.
Cons: A file became corrupted and the factory settings can not be restored
Summary: I have had my ipod mini for a year and have loved it. It didn't cause me any issues until a file became corrupted. I couldn't shut it off or reset it. When I try to restore it to it's factory settings it also freezes up. This happened 1 year and 1 month after I got it and of course did not extend my warranty.
I know some have good luck with this and others don't - so this is just my opinion and wanted to let others be aware of it.
