"PERFECT iPOD KILLER, BUT..."
Pros: Beautiful color screen, excellent intuitive controls [i love the audio controls on the side, easy to use while i have it in my pocket], great menu and interface, awesome sound + volume + equalizers
Cons: ONLY TWO PROBLEMS (IMO): [1} Albums play in ABC order and not track # order.. + [2] the player lists artists and titles that begin w/ "THE" or "A" as part of their full title.. which can be annoying.
Summary: BEST PLAYER I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS. I JUST HOPE iRIVER CAN COME THROUGH ON FIRMWARE UPGRADE. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE 40GB VERSION.

If you have the US version go to www.iriveramerica.com and download the firmware updater. Just follow the instructions and install it.
If you have the international version use iRiverplus 2
It plays the albums in track order and speeds up the proccessing times quite a bit -
I looked around and compared and I just got an iRiver for a friend of mine, don't really see why the iPod is considered better.

the h10 i have is good but i hate the album order its really annnoying. The program it supports, windows media player, is such a cheap and faulty program. They should've picked something else. For some reason it syncs slower than the average mp3 player and my songs wont delete on it!!! Otherwise its cool
