"Great but some minor problems"
Pros: Small and light - excellent sound
Cons: Need to use Iriver software and unconventional USB lead
Summary: I now have a H320 and a H10.
Though both are excellent products, I have a few small problems with the H10:
- unlike the H320, I cannot just connect and tranfer files to a computer without installing and using Iriver software.
- I must use an unconventional USB cable to connect H10 to computer. Again unlike the H320.
- I can only set the time in am or pm format. I cannot use the 24 hour format which is prevalent in Europe.
- the background colour when using the radio is not very nice and I cannot change it.Updated
Other problems:
- the H10 freezes completely and the only way to unfreeze it is to remove the battery
- the song title does not display properly, or is jumbled, or remains the title of the first song played and does not update to the currently playing song.
- I have transferred photos to the H10. They are all stored properly and will display on my computer properly when linked. However, when viewing on the H10 itself, in some (but not all) folders, only the first photo in the folder will display.
I would be grateful for your advice

I had the same problem with my iriver H10. it would only happen sometimes but it was really annoying.
I found out that there was a new firmware upgrade for my mp3 player (v2.0 at the time). After i upgraded the firmware, it never froze again and hasn't since.
