    "My first MP3 player/recorder."

    Pros: Virtually all reservations allayed - highly recommended.

    Cons: A few editing functions in the software would be nice, but not a criticism.

    Summary: Used with a stereo lapel mic for recording live orchestral concerts. The sound is unbelievable for a low-cost recording system, enabling CD's of very listenable quality to be burned. I hadn't intended to use this for any other purpose but was so taken with it's performance, I now use all the other (many) features. The iFP-780 meets and exceeds all of my requirements.
