"Good as long as you don't want a shuffle."
Pros: It works well. It plays well. The software is idiotproof. It's tiny, and the battery life is excellent.
Cons: Worst customer support of any company I've ever experienced...I wish I could give them a 0 rating. This thing has 5 different shuffle modes, none of which actually SHUFFLE properly. I mean, how hard is it to create a random number generator?

Pros: when it comes to listening...I expect to listening for a long time, especially on the go...and with all the features turn it...it still survives my test...Great Product compare to IPOD MINI...
