"Palyer workered great/Support sucked!"
Pros: Great sound. Easy to use. Great for working out.
Cons: Player quit working due to some hardware issue. Took 4 days and 5+ hours on hold with tech support before i talked to a real person.

Cons: Not plug and play; you need to load the drivers ... does not show up as an external drive, which at this point in time makes no sense. That is the ONLY drawback of this unit.
