"Great sound, great quality, easy to use"
Pros: Sound quality, FM Tuner quality, Navigation
Cons: Possibly fragile joystick
Summary: I have owned the iFP-895 player for one week, and I have yet to pick up the user's manual. Yet, I've taught myself how to navigate the entire system. There are some reviews that knock the non-intuitive navigation, but they're not true. Plus, as easy as it was to learn without the instructions, I'm sure it would be just as easy with for those who aren't comfortable playing around first.
The sound quality is crisp, clear, and sharp. I've read about problems with white noise, but I've found none.
One particularly nice feature in the FM tuner function is the preset search feature. In less than 60 seconds, this feature scanned and lock every major station in my city. It simply nailed them all.
My only concern is the strength of the joystick. It seems to be solid, but I could see it becoming a problem under heavy use. Still, it's pretty sturdy.
I researched this player heavily beforehand, and it is a great great buy.
