"Solid Player, good features with a few drawbacks"
Pros: Wide file type support, good sound, interfaces with WMP 11 and Rhapsody well.
Cons: Slow interface, buttons must be clicked multiple times, fairly short battery life, song/artist/album lists are not sorted.

"Hardware is nice, but track sorting makes it unusable"
Pros: Very light and compact. Screen is small and clear, displaying video well. Interface buttons are simple and unlikely to be pushed accidentally, which means you don't have to bother with the lock switch if you don't want.
Cons: Ratings (in file tags) and playlists don't sync from WMP 11. This might be tolerable, but combined with the fact that all menus are sorted by Album Artists (even when can only see track names or album names), makes it difficult to use.
