"Outstanding"
Pros: Subscription Service, great interface, SLICK software.
Cons: No top end headphones, lack of color choice
Summary: Bash MS if you must, but they seem to get it. I'm a professional musician and have waited patiently on the sidelines for a player/interface/program that allows you to discover music legally and without going into bankruptcy. Apple take note. No they won't slay the iDragon anytime soon, but if you like elegant design and outstanding functionality, go with the Zune.

Just wanted to reply to the lack of color choice. I just ordered a Zune this weekend, and thought I was stuck with a black one. But if you look around on Amazon, etc. you can find a red one, too (which is what I ended up getting). Also, if you don't mind spending the extra $20-$30, you can customize it on the Zune website in either black, red, or blue, as well as getting an inscription and/or design on the back. The blue would've been nice, and the designs are pretty neat, but not worth the extra $$, IMO. Just wanted to let people know that there are a few options out there.
