Downloading: 10/10- very easy to download music, video, and photos. All you need to do is drag and drop for music files (WMA, MP3 Audio File ect...) Converting program included with the player so easy to put video and photos. Manual is very clear and easy to read.Updated

Summary: So here is the story...
I recieved a Mobiblu Cube 2 (broken from day 1) for a christmas gift 2006. I emailed the company and got an instant reply. They told me to send in the cube and they would fix it and send it back. Well... I sent it in and I have not heard from them in 5 months. I have emailed every address on the website and have left numerous phone messages. I called the Better business today and they sent a complaint the company (hope to hear back in 2-4 weeks). Their # is 909-825-7280, I suggest if you are having problems contacting them you should call the bbb and file a complaint.
I really doubt I will ever see my cube again or the $ for it, so the best I can do is make sure no one else gets treated like this.

Pros: Looks cool
Cons: Poor sound quality, utter lack of customer service
Summary: The e-mail name says "answer dude", when you actually are lucky enough to win the lottery and hear from him; sadly what he has to say is likely to be of little value and you'll likely be blamed for being unable to read simple instructions (like I was).
I should have listened to my instincts. A $4.00 website running under web.mac.com, pidgeon english throughout, and if after reading the Answers section you haven't bailed yet, then you'll risk ending up with buyers regret like me. My unit suffers from terrible static and high frequency distortion artifacts.
Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. -

Pros: Sounds great and the shape draws attention from everyone!
Cons: The menu has a substantial learning curve and is ultimately still cumbersome.
Summary: My teen and pre-teen daughters love these things. They say that their friends still "ooh and aah" over them during lunch at school. While the screen is small, it is sharp and clear enough that a geezer like me can see it fairly well without my reading glasses. The equalization choices are effective and distortion seems minimal. Music is crisp including selections using the TruBass feature. As a dad, I truly appreciate the price compared to anything with an "i" in front. Making a teen-age daughter happy and still having enough money left to buy groceries is a good feeling... Parents, check this tiny wonder out before buying any iPod.
