"Excellent for audio books"
Pros: Great audio book features, including bookmarking and resume. Great price.
Cons: Locked up - but easily fixed
Summary: This is a great MP3 Player for Audio Books. It will resume when turned off, and has 10 bookmark slots. The only minor issue is that the bookmarks do not indicate what file is bookmarked (i.e. they only say Bookmark 1, Bookmark 2, etc.) Otherwise excellent.
Mine locked up and would not turn on. However, tech support told me to remove the battery for two hours and, once I did so, the unit powered on fine. They really should put that tip in the manual and on their web site.
Otherwise, a great audio book player (and also a good music player), particularly for the price.

dgrenker,
I have been keen for some time to get this player for audio books. An earlier review, "A Couple of Defects", claimed that FF did not work. My current player (lexar) claims to have FF, RW, and bookmarks, but only FF works properly. It's painful trying to find your place 40 minutes into a 45 min mp3 file. Can you confirm that FF, RW, and bookmarks on the m25 work towards the end of a large file, and post it here in another comment? I would be very grateful.
Mike
