"You get what you pay for- Beware"
Pros: Great sound quality using the earphone supplied
Cons: Software bugs inspite of upgraded firmware
Summary: Affordable for the huge 20GB storage capacity but my unit hangs always when you touch a button immedately from shifting from mp3 to radio presets. No wonder the reset button is located infront of the control buttons! Irksome (sensitive)glide pad controls. volume shoots up when pressing directional keys to change songs or radio presets. Sound is good only if you use the gold-tipped earphone which is supplied. software cd's apparently useless also. Cant categorize music per genre, album, artist. Insruction manual inadequate. Cant play random music among directories.
