"These are crap but their customer service is worse!"
Pros: The idea is a good one.
Cons: You can not wear them when you work out, they are not built to handle sweat as claimed and they will not honer their warranty because they know this..... So don't expect them to stand behind thier product.
Summary: If you want to wear music when hiking or working out then this is not the product for you.
