"good...could have better support services"
Pros: like the previous review i couldn't figure anything out for an hour either:P after then it was easy to use love the strap to work out to
Cons: first of all for most mp3 u can find software (like the cd they give with it) online..but not with this one... u lose the cd and u have to use explorer and half the time it hasn't been detecting it right away. the fm quality isnt great..not bad..but could

"MP3 with style and toughness!"
Pros: small, light, good sound, simple controls and easy to use after you played a little with it. Also looks good.
Cons: Does not come with MP3 software, batteries go fast, FM tuner not great, not enough colour variety.

"Excessive sensitivity to static"
Pros: Nice quality mp3 playback.
Cons: Excessively sensitive to static. If you put it in your pocket and it rubs to make static, it shuts off frequently (even with the 'lock' feature on). No expansion capability for the memory.
