"So what Phillps"
Pros: Nothing but troubble
Cons: the player and company
Summary: I had a phillips mp3 player and the headphones were a smaller type so... they would break and I would call phillips. the customer service SUCKS. I have had 2 players from them a keyring audio one w/ a neck strap that would break and i couldn't use it. Finally i got fed up and wanted a refund. The friendly Phillips CS said. So what it was a gift buy a new one
