"Great product, but terrible time syncing with WMP."
Pros: Excellent screen, great sound quality, good price.
Cons: Terrible time syncing with WMP, media converter is awfully slow.
Summary: The user manual says to use WMP to sync music and pictures. WMP 11 doesn't work well at all! It will load around 400 songs or so before it stops completely without giving you any warning and/or reason. The user manual tells you to rollback to WMP 10 in case you have problems with WMP 11. I tried WMP 10 and have the exact same problem.
I ended up using RealPlayer to sync music to my player. It works perfectly. (Though I would have rather used WMP [my personal favorite] who cares what player you use as long as it gets the job done, right?) I use WMP to sync pictures to my player.
The media converter (used to convert and transfer videos to the player) is terribly slow to convert (took 12 hours and 31 seconds to convert 19 half hour episodes, roughly 1.32GB). It transfers quickly, though.
