Pros: Decent sound easy to use comfortable to wear
Cons: I had this product for 8 months, the screen just went out on me today. It cost around $130.00, biggest rip off. THe mp3 player is compelety unusable now, They should def. recall this product. Don't buy this product!!!!!!!

"IT'S JUNK. DRIVER DON'T WORK WITH XP"
Pros: Looks good & I thought handy.
Cons: I have XP and have tried loading the drivers with their tech support on the phone. Followed all their instructions still couldn't get it to work. GRRRR!*!%& The tech tried helping, but I really think they know their product all that well to trouble

"Worked great for 8 months...then DIED"
Pros: Lightweight, ergonomic design. Decent sound. Customer support was friendly and helpful when returning back to Philips.
Cons: Just about everything else. Aside from the ear phones which begin to hurt your ears after 30 minutes of running, the inability to shuffle songs or choose song order, the way too high price, the confusing computer interface, the cr*p software included...t
