Pros: 1 cost approx. $35
2 splash proof (I live in central FL and this little sucker has made it through several afternoon monsoons and still kicking, not to mention the sweat from wearing it on the armband)
3 decent sound quality,
4 headphones stay put.

Cons: 1 Battery charges only through USB.
2 No download-able Play list only my selections and sort by artist, album

Summary: I bought it to see if it would survive the afternoon monsoons that are frequent here in the land of Mickey. I was not really concerned about the memory capacity, uploads via USB 2.0 move quite quickly. So can change out songs in about 5 minutes.
If you just have to have 5000 hours of music on hand skip it.
If you want a durable, cost effective mp3 player, with a modest memory buy it.
