Cons: SMV video .. the problem is not what you think with its software; Video-For-Windows 1.1e died with Windows 95, the standard is dead! -- The SMV software is designed to work "with it!" Thus the video is impossible w/o the codec's for VFW 1.1e codec's. ...

Summary: The RCA M3804-A has a lot of potential if they ever complete the design -- before sending it to the stores.

I bought mine at our local VA Hospital and I'm quite pleased with what I needed it for. I'm just glad it wasn't for a walking distance Radio -or- Video player. For $19.95, it was worth the price. I see the VA has removed this item from the shelves; maybe they finally finished the design process, which would be a good thing; then I can trade mine in for a working model ^__^ -- wouldn't that be nice.
