Pros: Easy to download and does what it says it does.

Cons: As with all external devices you have to be careful unplugging them. If it freezes up disconnect the mp3 player from the computer. Hold in the power button for 10 seconds or more to reset the mp3 player. If it still misbehaves when you replug the mp3 pl
