"Don't let negative reviews deceive you, this is a good product"
Pros: Plug and play, no software needed. Best part of this item.
Cons: Batteries. Uses AAA batteries.
Summary: While others say this MP3 player is not very good, I disagree. This is one of the easiest and most user friendly items to use, compared to the ipod nano of similar memory.
It is plug and play, so no software needed, I can use this on my Mac or on a friend's Windoze and exchange files just like an USB drive, and can actually be used as an USB drive, but I wouldn't recommend it.
