Pros: Rich feature set, nice software, expandability, takes standard battery, great sound quality, FM tuner. I love it and have had none of the problems some others reported. Download the latest version of the firmware and flash the player to get the latest bu
Cons: The ear buds are only average quality and the cord is too short to function as a decent FM antenna. Substituting a better set (like the Sony MDR-G57G's) will really bring out the fine sound of the unit and the longer cord vastly improves FM reception. A

Pros: Portable
Cons: Sent back to Rio 8 weeks ago as instructed. Spent HOURS on hold trying to follow up. Now, they keep giving me false UPS tracking numbers on the replacement the supposedly returned to me. NEVER buy anything from these people.
