"Great mp3 player for on the go and excercising."4.0 starson by Joey Nice
Pros: Easy to use, good control layout, and very durable
Cons: need a proprietary usb cable to transfer music from computer to mp3 player
Summary: I have owned my rio s30s player for several years and it performs just as well now as when I purchased it. I have found my s302 player to be very dependable, however, I try to operate my personal tools and accessories ( like mp3 players) gently and with good habits of reducing wear and tear and preventable collissions between my rio s30s and other objects.
FYI: I am also a person that has owned a $100 dollar pair of bolle sunglasses for over 2 years, a pair of sunglasses that I have worn every single day (either at the computer to reduce monitor glare and light or out doors during summer, spring, fall and winter). However, I know alot of people shy away from expensive sunglasses because they do not take the care and proper steps to secure and maintain good functionality of their personal items and their personal items become lost, stolen and or damaged frequently and unnecessarily.
If you are a person that takes reasonably good care of your personal items and tries to instill personal character traits and habits that are conducive to reducing unnecessary wear and tear, collisions with foreign objects, and situations that leave your personal effects vulnerable to theft or loss... and if the rio s30s that you receive from digital networks is built as well as mine was - it will be a great mp3 player and a great excercise companion that will give you years of dependable use.
