Summary: the reason i bought this player was because i had downloaded lots of music from napster and needed a compatible player. i enjoyed the sound quality but after about 3 months the only way to power it on was to hold+reset+unhold. i also disliked the fact that at the end of a song it would stop and i had to select the next one to play. i am getting a creative zen micro and using this player as a flash drive.

Pros: Battery Life is Great, Samsung's support is not greedy, will give you 2 months leeway if your product breaks out of warranty, also battery replacements only $8 instead of $80 like on IPod.
Cons: FM Transmitter works like a cat playing a guitar. Easy to loose antenna stub, slow transfer speeds of Napster Music.
Summary: This is a great player. I have had it for around 6 months now. When I got it out of the box there was a problem with it, so I send it in to Samsung, and they send me a whole new player back. I use it daily and listen for many hours. I have almost 2,000 songs on it. I love it! I have spoke to Napster To Go Today, and they let me know that this player will be compatible with Napster To Go within the next month. I love the sound quality, and I feel it is a great Ipod replacement. Never buy an IPOD in my opinion when you can pick this up off ebay for around $130. $300 or $130? What do you want looks or overall quality. Great Player highly recommend it and Samsung Support is amazing. They will give you an extra 2 months if it dies, and they will also replace the battery out of warranty for only $8 (including return shipping)! Almost $80 on iPod. Thanks for a great player Samsung!

Pros: decent sound, lots of memory, very easy to transfer music onto, relatively easy to navigate, FM radio and transmitter, voice recorder.
Cons: scroller is annoyingly slow, ugly design, no games like in the ipods, not very sturdy (mine went kaput one day because it fell from my desk and would not turn on, so i had to get it serviced.)

Pros: Great sound, lots of storage space, ok design, battery life is sufficient.
Cons: Setting up play list and putting music on the device via napster site is kinda frustrating at first.
