"Great player, but software ugrades deletes saved files"
Pros: Excellent sound quality, good interface, Samsung Media Studio (SMS) software user friendly
Cons: Software upgrade to Samsung's Emodio (suggested by SMS pop up box) deletes tracks and playlists and support for this suggested upgrade is not available
Summary: Samsung issues upgrades,ie Emodio, before bugs are worked out. Emodio upgrade is defective and destroys files and playlists during upgrade. Samsung Support is incapable of fixing problem despite their acknowledgement that many complaints have been received about Emodio. And they continue to offer upgrade to unknowing MP3 users-bad customer relations!
