"totally waste of money, cheaters samsung"
Pros: its small, in fact i bought it because a saw it small, you can also keep photos, and in color.
Cons: need of napster!!!
Summary: i'm from mexico and i saw the yh-820 in an electronic shop in texas and i fell in love with it, but then i tried for hours trying to tranfer music but it didnt appear the songs in my mp3, so i keep reading and i found out that YOU NEED NAPSTER and in mexico napster isn't available . the problem is that i cant return it because im back in mexico and i cant go back soon. and the warranty is only like 14 days.. so i spent 250 buying something that i wont use, it can only be used to storage things but is a TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY and samsung doesnt specify in the box or in the web page, after 2 days seraching how to transfer o found out and im totally dissapointed, its way much better the ipod beacuse its easier to use and not all that sh*t that samsung put in the yh-820Updated
someone explained me how to use my yh-820 with windows media player 10 .. just transfer ur playlist and click sync and that .. although is a little slow but nvm now im happy that i can really use it but ill give it a 7 of 10 because of its battery and the ugly wires haha .. but its still being a good mp3

i got the mp3 player back in oct. and i had problems with it from day 1. so i called samsung (1800- samsung) and they told me to ship the mp3 player to them and they mailed me back the new mp3 player they just came out with... so if you have a problem give them a call they will do anything to make u happy!

Window's media player works for transfers. Maybe you should have read that.
