"The Best DAP Ever!!!"

Pros: Great FM reception, easy navigation, ogg support, wow sound effect, 42 hours playback, cool joystick backlight, direct 128kbps mp3 encoding and this player is VERY TINY!!

Cons: poor voice recorder
Summary: This is the best dap ive ever used, the first thing i realize is its tiny size. its about 1cm bigger than the battery itself in every dimension. Very attractive design, 4 lines white backlight and the very nice blue backlight joystick. Extra long battery life, 42 hours with one single aa battery. Great fm reception (i can get about 13 clear channels) and fm encoding, it will encode into 128kbps mp3 format. The wow sound effect provides a very nice surround sound. Supports MP3, WMA, Secured WMA, and most importantly, OGG, i converted all my audio files into 64kbps ogg which provides a very clear sound at a low bitrate and small file size. This player also has a direct in line port that encodes into 128kbps mp3 format (beware that it uses a micro port and not a stereo port). High s/n ratio (89db) when compared to other old samsung yepp models. High output power, 10mw/ch, ive tried turning the battery to the max, and the headphones almost exploded..

The only cons that i can find is the built-in voice recorder, it will only encode in 32kbps wav format. The sound quality isnt horrible, but quite bad.

I would like to see a review from cnet.. too bad cnet only reviewed the new yp-t7..
