"P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N"
Pros: Small, WOW sound, Ease-of-use, cool
Cons: if I HAVE to have 'Cons' then...the earbuds hurt, and lack of protective case
Summary: I was gonna go with the 1GB Sony NW-E507 but I was told by Sony it wouldn't be available until the end of the summer. So I went with my second choice the Samsung YEPP YP-T7Z (1GB). The only reason it was my second choice was price. But it's worth it to me. I specifically wanted a flash player for working out, gardening, riding the bike, and this is perfect. But also use it as flash drive for files. I've had it for 2 weeks and love the little guy. And what handsome guy he is! The darn thing charges in minutes too!
I always think of headphones that come with devices as disposable, so I'm not surprised these earbuds aren't top-of-the-line, but they're not bad. They're a heck of a lot better than any other buds or street-style-sports headphones. But I'll definitely fork out some extra cash for more comfortable buds to make this the perfect package. I would prefer to pick out my own headphones/ear buds anyway because most of them are made for men's heads/ears and are uncomfortable to me.
I bought my YEPP on a Friday and on Monday Sony had finally posted my 'first' choice on their website and were taking pre-orders. I'm glad I had already bought my YEPP because I don't think the Sony NW-E507 could top the YEPP YP-T7Z! It's just frickin awesome. I highly recommend it!

Sony NW-E507 was my first choice as well. Well, after two days of hassle with the lame Sony SonicStage software (the only way to get music on the player), it is going back to the store. It's to bad. It is a gorgeous bit of hardware. I am going to try the YEPP.
