"Sansa knows their product is poorly manufactured"
on by niclovewinsPros It has lots of features and options and can be used like a USB storage device
Cons Where to start. I bought two of them, brand new. One red, one white, both 4gb. The white one's power button broke and the headphone jack broke off. The solder is really weak, Sansa knows this. The red one just shut off, support couldn't help
Summary even with sansa's great warranty, the fact that they anticipate such malfunctions says a lot about the product. The multiple malfunctions make it hard to give this potentially good product a good review. Customer service seems only to exist to keep the company roping in more customers. The headaches i have gone through to fix both of my clips is NOT worth buying a shotty piece of plastic, that sometimes can play your music, they should make a quality product to begin with as most users reported a solder problem with one part or another. I finally took my clip apart to fix it and was able to solder it much stronger and better than it originally was done or when i sent it back for repairs under warranty. I paid for shipping both ways, and the month while i waited I had nothing to listen to music to. It has been broken longer than I have had it working, that was over a year ago. I would not recommend this product to anyone

"nice idea, but..."
on by 56firedomePros easy-to-access, easy-to-follow menus
Cons overpriced for what you get.
Summary my old rca lyra and my 24.99 jensen mp3/4 players put this one to shame.

"Good Deal at Sandisk.com"
on by LynnBaumPros Small with the clip feature I love. I'm a longtime Sandisk MP3 player user. My Clip+ is still working fine as is my Sansa Fuze. Even though both are working fine, I decided to get this because Sandisk is offering a free case (usually $14.99) and there
Cons We'll see, but I doubt there will be any surprises.
