Cons: makes a sharp hissing sound at the end of some songs I have put on it, sometimes freezes when I try to delete a song and my Sansa is plugged into the wall charger, the USB cord that came with the MP3 is only 6 inches long
Summary: I love my Sansa Clip, but I hate it's problems. I have no idea why it makes that static-y hissing noise at the end of some of the songs on it (I counted 145 songs that had that glitch, some had album pictures, some were over 2 years old, and some songs were brand new). As a result, I have had to replace all songs with the glitch. This product is a good buy for the money, but it is a new technology with it's release date being in August of 2011, so there are still a few glitches to be ironed out

runereader92, did reloading the tracks take care of the static hiss? I bought 2 of these recently for my wife and daughter and they both complain of that static hiss after certain tracks. We haven't tried reloading the problem tracks yet.
