Cons: freezes from time to time, had problems connecting to subsciber services, no adapter to charge batteries when a computer is not available
Summary: I bought this for my wife but decided I wanted one two so we picked up the 4 gig and she decided to take it and give me the 8gig. It holds tons of music and has a slot for a MicroSD card should you I decide to expand. We have had some issues wtih both players but Sansa support walked us through resetting them. Firmware upgrades have also helped with the freezing issues. Sound quality is good but before a song will start you hear a little static. Wish it had a power adapter so I could plug it in when I am away from a computer.
This thing finally locked up and I was unable to get it to work again. I purchased a Microsoft Zune and haven't regretted it.
