Pros: Very cheap, seems to be durable, expandable memory, and sansa fixed the bugs from previous models

"Great player for a first time MP3 user"
Pros: Great sound experiance. Easy to load, easy to use. Additional card slot for more memory, Radio, Sizs and controls response. I more than got my moneys worth with this player. Music can come from any service
Cons: Instruction cards were not very helpful, I logged onto the Sansa site to get a full description of the options, controls etc.

"My preferred upgrade from the iPod Nano 3G"
Pros: Expandable via SDHC; regular firmware updates add functionality; FLAC and Vorbis support; supports podcasts and Audible/Overdrive audiobooks; good price; helpful and fanatical community; improved HS/SW UI from e200 series; good form factor
Cons: video requires conversion; screen too small for extended viewing (on my older eyes); scroll wheel less responsive than iPod Clickwheel; slow refresh when SD card installed; 4000 song limit for shuffle; no replaceable battery
