Pros Huge storage capacity for reasonable price.

Cons 1. Touch screen is sluggish. 2. Touch screen is too sensitive. 3. Pausing podcasts and audiobooks is inconsistent. When you turn the device on again, more often than not, you have to start all over again when you turn it on. This is a major pain

Summary In addition to the above noted cons are the following more minor complaints: 4. Because of the finicky touch screen, you can't operate this device from your pocket. 5. The software is hugely counter intuitive. 6. The lock function doesn't work well, sometimes it inadvertently unlocks, others you need to swipe the screen three or four times before it unlocks. 7. The movie conversion software still doesn't work. The first 5 minutes or so are OK, but then the sound and video are no longer in synch.

In conclusion this device is terrible. In the next week or two, I'm downgrading to the normal Sansa Fuze that served me well, even though I am sacrificing 8 gigs of storage. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!
